Yup, Sabino 3 is never lethal. I've crossed it with everything. :)

No, a frame gene should work well. Frame plays nicely with all of the whites, sabinos and splash.

Hmm, he's so white now, the only thing to make him flashier would be to GMT his white factor down to medium or light. Then you could add splash maybe, or appaloosa, if you wanted a fancier pattern.

Frame is only lethal with Frame, Frame is safe with everything else.

However, GMT'ing a horse to have a lethal combination will never cause it to die. You can GMT a horse to be homozygous Frame, White, Sb1 or Sb2 and W1 or W2. It's only when you breed horses together that can produce a lethal combination that you run the risk.

Thank you everyone! I know that he is pretty white already, but I want to GMT him before breeding him to some of my plainer mares in hope that he passes on at least some bling! Just didn't want to kill him in the process!
