I was GMTing KP onto a horse (http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=6230024) and I must have hit a button before the GMT lab had finished updating the horse's new picture. She did not get the ? >> ? tattoo that normally appears after KP has been GMTd on. Entirely my own fault (...don't be hasty, master Meriadoc...), but it seems to have done something since the system gave me an error message when I tried again. I wonder if the horse has KP now even though she doesn't have the tattoo? I wonder if anyone here might know?

I think it would mean she now has Kp, I get the error messages a lot and I'm hoping it means Kp was possible but they already have it LOL!

I played around with a few of mine, for some reason I think it always comes up with the option to add Kp and then just gives the error because it can't. I'm not actually sure as so many of mine could have Kp anyway!

It will always give you the option. It only produces an error after you hit submit to GMT. The most likely is she already had it.

Before the more recent changes though it didn't give you the option if Kp wasn't an option, just said no edits available

Did it take away the tokens for it?

It might have reduced a token for it, but since we players can't track this, I'm not 100% certain (I should have paid more attention to that, too). I used to get a message along the lines "no edits available" sometimes when I tried to edit KP onto a horse and took that to mean they already had it, but now it seems to always give the option to click the button. I really hope she carries KP, whether she would have got it at birth or through GMT.

That has been changed. It was a bug and it will no longer tell you no edits available.

I had a chance to look now that it is morning and it looks like she had KP from birth.
