Snowflake - Cant Find In GMT Lab

I was intending to add 2 copies of snowflake onto one of my mares via the GMT lab. Today I was unable to find the snowflake option. I know it was previously available because I recently added it to http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=6084518.
I know it was on special, but I could have sworn it was a long term offer. Is it not available because the mare I was planning to add it to does not currently have LP?
