Why does my account keep getting lost?

So about ever other day my account is not founded.
I did not go to the wrong server. It is frustrating. My password is right so was my username infact I copyed it right off the email I received when I started.
I had pay for a premium account and for gmt tokes and cash.
Can get my account fix or a refund? I have receipt all paid for within 3 days.
Account name is MakeMeABird
Not the one im using...plesse fix. Also noted be nice have a contact us email link instead making a new account for problems...
