The features under that tab are part of upgrades. Which upgrade you have determines which of them you can use.

Shows run when they get enough horses. Lower level shows will usually run the same day, higher level shows can sometimes take a few days to fill. There's no set schedule.

Also, please only use one question mark. (Or exclamation point.) People get too silly with making lines and lines of punctuation so we put a rule down on that. ;;)
