Looking for my Horse lookalike

ISO horse that matches or looks close to my real-life horse, My Check Is Good, registered Appaloosa gelding. He is sorrel (chestnut) varnish appy with blanket. Also has an almost silver colored mane. Genetics don't have to match, just looks.

It's hard to find something to look like him without pictures. So I googled him and found his sales ad with pictures. I hope it's ok to post some of them. *edit to say I found more up to date pictures and added those instead. Then I'll go looking to see what I can find in my herd similar to him.

Looking through mine I found that the ones that were closest were homozygous L.p. With either splash or sabino thrown in. Try searching for those parameters. I found that diluted bays and sooty chestnuts were the closest. I didn't find any closer than tawny eclipse posted though.Post edited by green stone farm at 2018-02-28 20:42:25
