I had to do some fixes to the breeding script anyways so while I was in there I synced HJ1s breeding with HJ2s monthly system. You may see some error messages stopping you from breeding if you don't have the right permissions today. Not a bug, just me getting a head of myself.

There is a daily payout now added to the horse page. That is the payout at the .75 pay level. Since we are going to be swapping to that soon there was no reason to calculate it at the .5 level. Thanks for your patience while I make a sloopy mess of this transition. :))
