I would say that you will make a lot of profit by auctioning all the horses with less than 250 points in the public auction house, and then use the money you get from selling them to create new horses with points.

A good advice is to use all the exceptional HH that are shared on the forum when you are creating horses with points. If you choose to keep your creates, they will create better quality offspring, and if you choose to sell them, they are more likely to sell in the auction house for more than 2500 hb.

When you create the new horses with points, a good advice is to sell those with less than 250-300 hbs in the auction house, and keep only those with higher points. They are more difficult to get, but will give more money back pr stable, which lets you have more horses, and more fun :)
