Have you read the FAQ linked in the left menu and the Breeding Info? You'll find a good basic introduction to the game there. You'll still have some questions, I'm sure, since this is an extremely complex game. Please don't hesitate to ask any specific questions that come to your mind. We're a friendly group and are always glad to help new players.

Congratulations on completing the achievements. That has given you some experience in a number of the things to do in this game. You can always create another mare or two and breed them. Don't forget to train and show them.

You might want to look through the Help Me Out discussions. You may find some helpful information there.
