merging accounts

When you merge accounts, do the tack packs you've purchased on the smaller account merge over onto the now larger account? Or are they lost? I merged this account with a smaller yesterday, but I still do not have my western tack pack here that I had on the smaller account.Post edited by Ammit at 2018-11-27 02:29:00Breeding Liver, Blue Roan, Black and Dun DFP1 DFP2 Horses.

I merged this account with another and now I don't even have the tack packs this account is supposed to have or the ones from the other account.

I bought the summer refresh background pack and the build a bridle pack for all my accounts. And after I merged two of them yesterday all tack packs are gone. The other account also had the long and luscious pack.

Did we ever find an answer to this? I never did get the tack pack back. Am I to assume that such purchases do not merge over? That may just keep me reconsidering merging in the future.Breeding Liver, Blue Roan, Black and Dun DFP1 DFP2 Horses.

Oh, I'm sorry, Ammit. I thought you were asking WingedEagle.
The tack pack was the western one, Trail Ride. I really don't recall the name of the account I merged with this one. If it's too late to do anything about it, I'll drop it. I just didn't realize tack packs don't automatically merge to the kept account.Breeding Liver, Blue Roan, Black and Dun DFP1 DFP2 Horses.
