Superior To Sire
  • If I comparison test a colt and he is superior to his sire, will he always pass breeding advice?

  • I think breeding advice is based on if it's slightly worse/better than both it's dam and sire. So potentially if the mare was better than the stallion it could get gelded... That's if I am understanding the game correctly.
  • I usually do free testing before bothering with paid testing so I’m not sure how many superior to sire geldings I have that where snipped by breeding advice but as Asiri said if the mare was better it could theoretically get snipped even if it’s superior to sire.
Breeding even generation Grullos with KP, Axiom RBG & Wrong Warp, Chinnchilla, Onyx, Phantom Autumn, Bats, Ghosts, Pumpkins, Skulls & Spiders, Plaid, Watercolour genes
  • If they are very inconsistent, they can be gelded, even if they are superior.

  • Yep, I've lost colts that were clearly superior to their sires in terms of papering to strict breeding advice testing.
