You've got a nice stallion. Check the Foundation Rescue and see if you can get a nice mare to go with him. The mares will all be guaranteed perfect foundations - perfect training/showing scores and breeding ability.

Once you have a mare, if you go to the Control Panel tab of either of your horses you will see a button that says In House Breeding. Click that and follow the instructions.
