I'm going to be breeding using the pastures as it states that if I leave them in there, they'll automatically breed giving better quality foals. But it also says don't leave them in there or they'll be automatically deleted a few days before breeding season ends? I really want to use this method but am afraid of losing anyone. And I don't know how well they'll breed, if that's a thing. Just want to know all there is on pasture breeding. Free account wise.

only foals will be deleted from the game if not removed by the 28th. Mares and studs used for breeding will NOT be deleted!

They also need to be in there at least 30 days to try and get better foals, there will be a count on each mare showing how many days she has been in pasture for

While the game automatically deletes (and pays for) foals left in the pastures on the 28th it does not guarantee that the foals will not be deleted earlier if there is a glitch. So don’t leave keeper foals in the pastures longer than possible.

Pastures have a much higher intact rate than hand breeding or using the lab

That's awesome information Bandit1119! I'll keep in mind to check every day for keeper foals then. Higher intact rate?! That's great! I actually might get to have my prettiest foals intact for once. Thanks for the information!

You still have to pair similar quality horses together to be able to get intact horses but there can be a slightly larger gap in the quality (I regularly have c - red and B - yellow foundation crosses)

Not sure that you have to check every day either lol the pastures will only breed if you hit the button or when you log in on (or after) the 14th (or 15th I always forget which lol)

There is a warning showing for foals left in pastures near the end of the season but I’m not sure when that shows up since I don’t normally have horses left in there by then.

So it's a certain day they breed then, nice to know. And also nice to know there'll be warnings too. I really don't care about getting the best or good quality horses or pony's paper or showing wise. I just breed for fun colors. :) But thanks for this very useful information!
