Hello, after I think about a year away I’ve returned to play..
When I was looking at the horses I’ve bred, I found the name I was using has been removed?
Is there a way to find out why?
When I was last active, I had the name in use for a while, so would like to know what led to it being removed....

I would guess that you had at least a basic upgrade that expired while you were away. Your account is now shown as a free account, and it takes an upgrade to have a breed name. If you purchase an upgrade, your breed name may be reactivated, or you may have to enter it again. I'm not certain about how that would work.

I'm not sure. I can tell you that I had a premium account ages ago and my breed name stayed after I stopped playing. Maybe it was an oops or an oversight for either one of us.

All I can do is speculate about the reason. Ammit frequently has to come around to say that I've guessed wrong. :D

I have had an upgraded account in the past which is how I got the breed name, but I was trying to figure out if someone had etitioned for the name to be changed, or something....
I don’t recall it says the breed name would disappear if you went back to a free account, rather than a basic or premium upgrade...

A lot were removed some time back because they didn't quite fit the requirements. What was the breed name you used?

If it was removed it was because it did not follow the breed name rules. If you share the name we could tell you why.

It was Fresianell, which I’m sure I checked at the time to make sure it would be okies to use... it was active for much of my active time which was a few months...

If you let me know I can change it and such.

Ammit will have the better answer, but my initial guess is that it may be too close to Friesian. The FAQ section about breed names states you cannot use real-life breed names.

I admit it was close to Fresian, but think it was originally allowed...

I’m from the UK and a lot of breed names are related to place names or colour, but I couldn’t use a colour in the breed name...

Hope to create a pure breeding line of comp,eyelet black equines with heavy bones...

I love the Fresian, Dales and Fell breeds for their heavy bones and feathering...
My HJ2 account is working on heavy mini cobs in all colours...

Am I allowed to think of an alternative name and have it used?
Sorry I was inactive so long, Health and life stuff happened...

I would not have removed Fresianell but I also don't remember any breed called Fresianell being removed.

That’s the name I used... it’s recorded in my stable names as I sorted my horses into the breeding program or not breeding program...

No idea what’s happened, as it’s the name I chose to use... could there be a glitch in the system at some point?

If the new rules would prevent its use would Frexellian be allowed instead?

Can a breed name be reinstated when removed?

Yep you can put the old name back or use Frexellian. Either one. :D

How do I go about getting the name restored? Since it shouldn’t have been removed?
