A draft horse. He has the bone density of the cob ( heavy boned pony) and is slightly taller because of the height from the Warmblood. (Medium boned horse) A pony is any Equine 14.2 hands or under (a "hand" is a unit of measurement that equals roughly 4 inches) and a horse is any Equine 14.3 hands or over. A riding horse or pony is "light" boned. Meaning a bone density measurement of 1.5 or less. Warmbloods or sport ponies are medium boned, which is a bone density measurement of 1.6 to 2.5. Draft horses or Cob ponies are heavy boned which carries a bone density measurement of 2.6 or greater.

I made a few more of these Weird Lil Things Some are Drafts, Some are Cobs and some see Warmbloods
-
The Drafts got thier bone density from the mare (heavy) and height from the stallion. Cob foals didn't get any extra height from the stallion. The Warmblood foals got less bone density and more height.
Each stallion or Mare has a range of possible traits they can pass on. Just like in real life biology. The offspring gets half it's dna from the father and half from the mother. This includes body shape and height; not just coat color. It's all about the numbers.Post edited by Wingedeagle at 2018-12-04 12:10:47 -
If you mean his pattern he and others youve mentions inherited the ICE gene. Just a quirky thing like splash or appaloosa
-
Not sure which part you mean is weird? It's a foal though so will grow up when 2yo

More or less what the Gene is. Still learning this
