How do you buy a gene from the gene sales?

This is all I see and it doesnt give me an option to buy any of the genes

"Please select a horse to edit.
$5.00 per copy
Order one copy per strand, per horse, maximum. One copy of each strand for homozygous. Do not duplicate strands."

Hello, first you have to chose a horse to mod. Then it'll pop his picture on the right side of the screen. After that is when you can add the gene you want to the cart. One at a time. Always start with the first gene, then go back for the second if you want it.

That's the issue I'm having.. none of my horses are showing up in the drop down menu.. the horse I want to mod is a 3 year old stallion with no foals so he fits the requirements but he's not showing up...

Eh, I just have pups to answer to. Which can be worse when they need new toys. I have one obsessed with yellow toys and the other obsessed with tennis balls.

You can reroll their portraits and it will change how the KP shows up. Sometimes I reroll 10 or 15 times to get a portrait I like if the initial one does show as much of the cloudy marking as I want.
