    I’ve created three mares this morning with exceptional producing Appaloosa herd helper. All three have turned out chestnut without the tattoo. Help

    Are you certain that you weren't using another open create box? Double check how many creates are left on your Ex Pro Appy herd helper to be sure.

    I often find that I've thought I was creating one kind of horse when I'd accidentally done the creation with another Herd Helper box entirely.

    Like Sandy, I also get the boxes mixed up sometimes too - there's always an option on your page to create a horse without using a herd helper, and I didn't realize at first that it stays at the top of the page even after you activate your herd helper.
