If you're talking about foundation creates, then create price (2500 hbs) plus the cost of testing plus a small amount for profit. I usually price mine between 3000 and 3500 hbs. For lined horses I would add a little to that for PT's over 10.5, increasing slightly as the PT climbs towards 14 (there aren't many of these in the game yet.). Actually, I seldom sell my neuters unless they are inconsistent or complete duds on the PT level; then they go to the public auction. The more show horses in the barns, the merrier because they increase my income to pay for breeding more horses. However, I completely understand the need to free up stalls for new stock, especially during breeding season.
