Yes, the foundation rescue takes only perfect quality foundations (even if they are not from the PF herd helper), so you can be sure of their quality whether they have been tested or not. I believe that the lower prices are on horses who have been in the rescue longer (past a monthly rollover) but I could be wrong about that.

@LakeOndowaFarm I think you're right, bc today all of them are 2500.
