So i decided to host a contest and make my Foundation Ice 5/8 boy the grand prize! There will be prizes up to 4th place! Here's what the contest is:

There are 3 parts to this contest.
1. Search through my barn and pick out one horse that is your favorite. It can be foundation, lined, mare, stud, altered, foal, 18 yo, etc. Absolutely anything. But i want you to dig! Find one that you think is unique!
2. Search your own barn and pick your favorite of your own horses! Again, can be anything!
3. And lastly, i wanna know what your absolute most favorite horse in the whole game is! Maybe it's the same one you chose for the first or second category, and that's perfectly fine! Again, can be whatever you want :)

I will be judging you primarily based on your whys but also your 'uniqueness'. Don't just say "I like this one because it's pretty". Tell me why it's attractive to you and why you are drawn to that horse! I can't wait to see what y'all come up with!

This contest will run until one week from today. So Saturday the 22nd at 8:00pm (game time).

I found her by looking through her dad's foals. I love Scotland so very much, so anything that has to do with it grabs my attention. And this little girl - silver black ice! I love that combo. In addition w3 is one of my very favorite genes. Oh, one more thing - she's a cob, and I LOVE cob babies!

Honorable mention - because I have to mention this one. WOW.

My lovely gift from Quiet Hollow. I don't have enough of an income yet to do any major GMTing and she was so kind as to do this one up for me. I nearly died when I saw him - I love his offspring so so much :x (W3!)

1 Svamp

I did a search, because I haven't messed with the search as much on this server as I have on the other one. Came across this beauty and I knew it was my favorite. My favorite marking in the entire game is minimal splash with blue eyes. Combined with mushroom, and S+ (AND the long & luscious tack pack!!)... can't get better than that :x

Honorable mention, just because I came across this one in my search for my favorite horse and that has to be one of the coolest looking horses ever! I'm not a fan of wrong warp, generally, but this one is so neat :)

1: This is probably my favorite of your horses, she reminds me of a piece of granite rock with snow on it. I love how her spots ended up on top of the darker areas rather than on the white. She's absolutely beautiful and unique!

2: This is my favorite out of my horses, I completely wasn't expecting him when I bred his sire and dam together. When he was a foal he almost looked like a zebra, so I was excited to see how he looked as he hit 2 years old and I'm still excited. I can't wait to see what colors and patterns he throws next breeding season, I don't think he will throw too many intact foals since he papered kind of low, but should make some pretty show horses.

3: This is probably my favorite in the game currently. He reminds me of my first horse in real life named Danny, his papered name was Sea Dansk. He was one of the last foals out of the Arabian stud G Dansk. He was the spitting image of his sire. We had bought him from some people we were boarding him for. They didn't do much with him, so I would ride him and it got to the point where he would buck anyone off except for me, or if I was leading him. He taught me me how to ride, and had so much love to give. When I was about 10 or 11 we went to have his teeth floated, he was probably about 17 or 18 at that time, and the vet gave us some sad news of the inside of his mouth being covered in tumors. They tested one and said it was melanoma, him being gray/white, it was basically a matter of time before he got skin cancer. We decided to let him live out the rest of his life at home. He passed away around 24 years old.

Why this horse? - This is my favorite of yours because i have always gravitated toward cool colored horses since i have never been able to own any closed genes for myself, i love seeing other peoples closed genes. I also love the color purple and how the colors look on the horse and the dapples with a little bit of green.

Pumpkins Pleasure
Why this horse? - This is my favorite horse i own because i love the splash gene and how it makes a horse look like its been painted. They also produce beautiful foals and it so fun to see what they produce. One of the horses I own is a chestnut paint so now i love breeding and owning chestnut splash horses because they remind me of him :)

Why this horse? - I have always wanted to own a dappled grey and they have always been my favorite colored horse, so the chinchilla silver black dappled is my absolute favorite in the game.

Why this horse? - I'm a straight sucker for silver black babies, first of all, but the spots and the ice give him an absolutely unique look. He made me stop in my tracks as I went through your horses.

WF Black Burning Heart
Why this horse? - he's my favorite silver black baby. He's unique from my other silver Blacks because of the brindle. My others have spots or are solid colored.

Why this horse? - this lovely little man may not be my favorite, but he's got so much potential to lead me to my goal in this game. I freaked out when I saw he came out satin and I knew my goal was going to happen.

Why this horse? - He has a little bit of everything! KP, snowflake, GP, satin, sooty+... you name it! I think all of his special genes look fantastic together! I'm also a big fan of brown horses with sooty plus in general!

Why this horse? - I really don't have many horses, but I love black livers! Freaky Friday is definitely one of my favorite herd helpers. I love his dapples too!

Why This Horse?

This beauty takes my breath away! She looks like the depths of space, and anything Galaxy related is among my top things. I would give anything to be able to get a horse like this in the game. I'm really new so I havent been able to get anything like her yet.

Why this horse?
I got amazingly lucky and managed to snag this guy at auction. I absolutely love his pattern and how he has two different colors. He isnt the best on stats but for me his color made up for it!

Why this horse?

I saw this one put up for straws. His color is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. The lightening bolts on the blue is just jaw dropping! I really hope to have a horse like him eventually!

Why this horse? - When I was a kid dreaming of all the horses I would own someday, I dreamed of that perfect dapple grey - you know, the one that stays that shade forever, perfectly steel colored, never turning white or fleabitten. Yeah, sad day when I discovered that's not actually possible with horses. I love how the roan, lp, and pearl combine to make a steely grey horse. I know the steel grey is also possible with Chinchilla now, but I like that this one could still be possible in the real world.

Alberts Brandy Snifter
Why this horse? - Brandy Snifter was an auction fail. I bred her 100% to be auction fodder, but when I saw how she turned out, I just couldn't. She inherited all the best parts of her sire and dam. Her mother's dun, her father's appy and roan. I love how subtle the roan is under all the other color genes, and how strong her primitive markings are. The only thing I would possibly think of changing would be for her to have her sire's silver, but she's beautiful as she is. My second choice for this category was an equally well primitive marked silver bay dun, but I went with Brandy because she was bred and not a create.

V2nw Set To Run
Why this horse? - I found this guy by accident. I've liked Kit M almost since I found out about it in the game. I love the jagged edges, the frame-like action without the death that hom frame brings. And when I first saw a wrong warp, my mind was blown. I think the first one I saw was splash? but the super high black socks were amazing. So I wanted to see what Kit M and Wrong Wrap looked like. The answer was "amazing," but I especially like this one with the ice and nexus thrown in as well.

Why this horse? -
I picked this horse as my favorite out of your horses because medicine hats are my favorite type of pintos. She’s also brindle which is a cool little extra. She’s the kind of horse I’d buy on impulse for her colour alone. :p

Why this horse? -
I have many favorite horses for many different reasons. I picked this colt because his pattern came out super, super cool. He’s also a liver chestnut which is one of my sub-goals with my breeding lines. He ended up only being C papered, but somehow still passed SBA so I’m going to give him a try as a stallion.

Why this horse? -
This is my favorite horse on the game because he stands stud publicly and produces really nice foals. I’ve bred to him 7-8 times already and hope to use him again next season. I have plenty of my own stallions, but he offers novel genes (DP, pearl) and his foals score nicely.

This girl stopped me in my tracks. I have always loved the stars, and she looks like a winter night sky. With a few soft gray clouds covering the view. Which just add to the serenity of the sky not diminish it.
Nexus is also my new favorite on the game because it reminds me of the stars. Which is funny because I used to severely dislike the gene and I’ve done a complete one-eighty.

Pumpkin Head

Picking a favorite out of mine was hard, but this guy is the winner. In real life duns always turn my head, and he is the picture perfect of a horse I would love to have in RL. The dark red mane and tail, the creamy red coat, shot through with brindle and soft white icing streaks as well. (Side note my 6yr old nephew named him. He wanted to name him Pumpkin Pie, but settled for Pumpkin Head)

I like this guy because he just has so much going on. He’s Tobino and Appaloosa so he has lots of white. Then in his brown spots he has his Splash M at work making different spots fade and adding a light speckling, but on top of that there’s the brindle rippling through the brown like ripples in a pond. It’s really quite a lot to look at and the more you study him the more you see.
