Candy horses with GMT

Okay so I have a few candy mares, I thought they were supposed to lose their stripes if the GMT was used, someone named paradox phoenix said he already used the GTM on this one but some people told me they lose their stripes if the GMT was used so im so confused

No, they lose their stripes when their picture is rerolled after the GMT is gone. If the GMT is still there it will say so on their page, in big, underlined letters.ID 195859
