I am trying to redesign a new tattoo, but I dont have the option to..? I thought you were able to design your own style, and instead its only letting me upload a picture.

We used to be able to now you need to use another program to make the tattoo and upload the pic

I use Photoshop to make tattoos because I've had that program for years.

I've heard Gimp spoken well of, as a free graphics program that's available, but I've never used it. I'm sure there are others.

You CAN do it in MS Paint, too.

I used to use MS Paint, and mine were all done there except the Credit Line one. For that one and my tattoo on my other account I used Pixlr. It's free. I wish I had known about it earlier, because it's easier to use. It was easier to make a "brand" too, and looks a lot neater.
