No pasture emails

I haven’t received a pasture breeding email for the last two breeding seasons, is there an issue or are they no longer sent?Post edited by Ammit at 2019-01-28 03:35:37

They are still sent but what do you use? I use Gmail and get it instantly.

Some e mail servers do not work right with the system. It is a known bug.

@ConfluenceStable yes I had this problem originally with my email that I used to set my account up. Once I realised this and Ammit advised that there was that bug I changed my email to a Yahoo address and it worked perfectly, I got the pasture emails in my inbox every season for about 3 real life years and now I’m getting nothing. I am still using the Yahoo email address and have not changed any settings on the email or my account here.

We always send them but some peoples email hosts block our IP. We are working to move all emails off of our server and let Mailchimp handle it which will resolve the issue. We do not have an eta on that just yet but we are working on it.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

Oh thanks Ammit. My Yahoo email never used to have a problem with getting pasture emails, but now I haven't gotten them since we went to a monthly breeding season. I'm glad that you're working on a solution for that.
