If you look under Community for Buddy Chats, you should see the New Player Lounge. Click on the link, request membership in the chat and you will admitted immediately. This is another place to ask questions about the game and talk with other new players.

The FAQ listed in the Vital Links has lots of basic information about the game.

However, please never hesitate to post a question here in the forum. The more specific the question, the easier it is to answer, but a list of questions is perfectly acceptable. We are a friendly group and like helping new players understand this complex game.
