    Can the snipped foals of closed genes be sold to people that don't hold a license for that gene?

    The game won’t let anyone buy a horse they aren’t allowed to have because they lack the correct licenses.

    Any show horse can be bought by anyone no matter what genes they have since they are altered and cannot spread their genes around (they also can’t be unaltered by anyone but the original breeder)
    Breeding even generation Grullos with KP, Axiom RBG & Wrong Warp, Chinnchilla, Onyx, Phantom Autumn, Bats, Ghosts, Pumpkins, Skulls & Spiders, Plaid, Watercolour genes
