Should I keep as a stud?
-
3rd of the clones
I won an egg and this is the result to the stallion I chose. I am wondering what you all think about keeping him for a stud? But I may also sell him, as I haven't really decided yet. -
I see that there is a lot of mixing of paper levels on both sides of his pedigree, and he has papered lower than his sire (B from an A). He would definitely be snipped in my stable, but what you do with him is up to you and the standards you set for your own horses. He's certainly a flashy boy.Thanked by 1SheebaArab

Personally I think you'd want him to at least be an A paper, but seeing as he passed BA he might be close to an A if you gave him a boost
-
He looks like a backward step in the line, so quality-wise, no. If you love the color and don't have/can't find anything comparable, then keep him. At the end of the day, it's about deciding what your breeding goals are, then evaluating whether he would help you reach them or not.

I think I will put him up for sale then if nobody wants him I will snip him.

How much would you want for him?
