Earning Money

Hi all :) I'm new to the game and I am not sure how to earn money? I sure know how to spend it but I'm not entirely sure how to earn it. I have three horses, two mares and a stallion. All have been through training once. Is it not possible to earn money right now?

It is also very useful to read the topics over here: http://www.kinetocoredesign.com/forumdisplay.php?41-Member-Written-Guides They are a little bit old so not everything is up to date with how the game currently works (for example the showing system has changed), but they are very useful to learn the basics!
