Help?

I like the bottom one personally
-
So does my daughter, but the top one looks like space :))
-
I would go for bottom... better PT score..
-
I completely forgot to look at that! Thanks, Bambi!
-
I always go for superiority, pt then genetics... that's just me though :)
-
keep the bottom one
-
Just to update, I've kept the bottom and sold the top one.Post edited by bluchrystals at 2019-03-01 15:15:22

I was going to say both because I can’t make decisions as my large number of stallions and 2G colts can testify. :)) :)) :))Post edited by paradoxphoenix at 2019-03-01 16:34:57

I really wanted the top one, but I've still got my foundation so plenty more chances to get one that actually appeals to me. Points add up later especially for linebred. In the meantime I've got Night.

My only question is did they compare AGA? If so, then I would have just picked the one I liked better, as long as the pick was superior to sire.
I would have kept the top one if that was the case. -
They both tested superior to sire, as good as each other. The bottom had a higher pt score.Post edited by bluchrystals at 2019-03-01 17:22:47

PT score doesn't correlate to breeding ability. I've had 2nd gen mares paper blue under 10 PT
Thanked by 1Kintara -
Luckily the person I sold him to said I can use him at any time.
-
Did either of them compare superior to an exceptional stallion? Sometimes that can be a good tie breaker on superior colts from C papered stallions
-
I'll have to try that next time. Didn't even think of it this time. Thank you!Thanked by 1Kintara

While yes, PT score does not correlate with breeding ability, any show babies bred from higher PT parents will have a higher PT score themselves and have a longer training and showing career
