Is there a trick to getting these? I haven't rolled any yet and i'm too slow to catch the ones posted on the forums.

Herd helpers are pretty random, but the higher number of times you reroll your herd helper, the better the chance of getting a rank special. There have been times where I have rerolled 65 times (which cost me 325000hbs) before I've gotten a rank special and then there have been times when I log in and it is first on the list.

The higher the HH rank, the less common it is to get it. It is possible to get a rank special in your 5 free rerolls, but it doesn't happen often. As for getting the shares posted on the forum, rank specials only have 1 share so they go really fast. That said, Ammit often gives everyone a share of a rank special on holidays and for other special events. The Freaky Friday rank special for instance, can't show up as a daily herd helper, but everyone gets a share of it on Friday the 13th.

Oh darn. Yeah I unfortunately cannot put a lot of RL$ into the game at the moment so it will probably be September before I get one. Toddlers are expensive. XD
