top notch producers

I was wondering where in the range of breeding potential horses with the 'Top Notch Producers' falls?
Above Exceptionally Perfect? Below E.P but above Exceptional Producers? Or are they all about the same breeding wise just differ on show quality ect? -
They have the same breeding ability as Perfect foundations, 100%, but their showing ability could be anything.
Exceptional Producers/Exceptionally Perfects are both 105% breeding ability, but ExPerf horses also have 105% showing ability- 10.4 consistent PT. -
