Testing Turned Off?
-
I just bought this guy from auction and he has only been color tested. So why would testing be turned off?
Frosty zeffer -
They may have liked his color and was thinking of breeding him. If he gets spayed accidentally it costs to bring him back to stud.
-
They probably figured he'd fail BA, so turned off tested so they didn't geld him accidentally
-
thank ya'll for answering so fast! I mainly bought him to be a show pony but was thinking about breeding him, now since i cant further test him i probly wont :(
Is there any way i can enable testing agian? -
Should be able to turn testing back on under the control tab
-
Got it thanks @Bambi207 !

I have a few horses with testing turned off (all outside bred horses) because I had a really bad run over a few months where I was actively buying horses to add to my lines and they were altered when I threw my foals in the same barns and used the bulk testing to test them all.
Now I rarely buy outside horses and turn the testing off on the ones I buy that I really like.
Homebred horses on the other hand get all the testing and never get it turned offBreeding even generation Grullos with KP, Axiom RBG & Wrong Warp, Chinnchilla, Onyx, Phantom Autumn, Bats, Ghosts, Pumpkins, Skulls & Spiders, Plaid, Watercolour genes -
I don't buy outside horses for breeding purposes unless they have been tested and meet my criteria anymore because I know how you feel. I used to buy mares and stuff, but they kept failing SBA, so I've stopped buying for the most part unless it's foundations I'm looking for.Post edited by Forestshadow at 2019-03-08 08:38:03Thanked by 1SharayahStables
