    I reached my max on pointed creates awhile back. But every now and then I’ll be creating and get a random horse with points. Is this kind of like winning the “lottery” just another kick back or a glitch?

    Accounts with less than 20,000 points can create horses with points. If your creating horses with points again you’ve sold or lost some horses to reduce your points below the threshold
