My DP foals (so far) this season are awesome!

My stallion did a good job passing his sabino more than his w2.

Px2 To Understand

She passed SBA but only papered Yellow. So I spayed her for my show string. That hurt a little. Look at her perfect little sabino stripe!

Px2 Lost Magic

These two may or may not have “hidden” DP since they are only single sooty. Won’t know till I breed them eventually! But they’re sabino. And awesome. And “might” be DP so admire them anyway. :p I think they’re actually my favorites.

Pretty much what happened to me lol I honestly didn’t think I’d like pearl on anything but the chocolate Palominos and now I’m a goner.
She’s beautiful!

I bred an absolutely beautiful liver chestnut pearl this season. Looked just like her momma. And then, to my horror, discovered that her mother was *3G* and not 2G like I thought and like the sire was. And they aren’t my bootstrap line. So, with great sadness, I yummed her.

I debated keeping her and spaying her to show, but I’m wanting to keep my bootstrapping and my even line breeding separate.

Lesson learned. Double check and pay attention.

I’m sure I will! I’ll breed the mare to a 3G stallion next time, and I have plenty of pearl hiding in my lines so I’ll get another eventually.
