So I am very squarely built (5 ft tall, overweight, calf size is 16 height, 16 length), and the only brand that consistently has my sizing is Tredstep. They can be on the pricey side, but they are very good quality. Even with the abuse and lack of care mine got, they've held up reasonably well. I only have experience with their Original Suede half chap and can't comment on the others.

That said, neighbors to my barn are leather workers, and a bunch of us convinced them to start making custom leather half chaps. Having had custom half chaps that actually fit me is amazing and the cost is not terribly far off from the Tredstep ones off-the-shelf. While our leather worker neighbors sell nationwide, I don't know if they've rolled out their half chap for non-barn sale yet, but if you are interested, pm me and I can send you their contact information. Alternatively, you might be able to find someone local to you that makes them as well.
