Hey folks,

Can someone please clarify for me what the numbers in your list of available straws means? For example, in my list I have this:

KP Pool Boy (1) 4

I assume one of the numbers is how many straws I have, but I have no idea what the other number is or which one would be which. Thank you!

the (1) is how any straws you have from him and the 4 is his age :)

I just looked at it, I dont think the last number is age. I have a few straws where that last number doesn't match their age, for example I have a straw from a 7 y/o stallion but that last number outside of the parentheses is 3. Any other ideas? haha

Does it say #-4? That would mean it expires in 4 years

This is what the available straw list looks like for me on the sell a straw page. Is this where you're seeing an extra number?

Yeah Looking at a blur straws will expire in 3 seasons

Yes, the number in the bracket () is how many straws you have, the number behind it is in how many years the straws will expire. Most people do not set an experiation date for straws, so it will not show or show a 5. But like Peachtrees example, the -3y/-4y is how many Hajinc years you have left to use the straw. I am a desktop user and I just see it as FlyingTurkeyFarm described it: Horse Name (#a) #b.

Awesome, thanks so much everyone! Interesting that it shows up differently sometimes but good to know that that second number is how long until the straws expire. Thanks again!
