    Sunday my husband and I got a 2 week old bottle baby goat! We were told it was a buck but when we got home he squatted to pee like a doe so I flipped him over and sure enough, there's utters! so Mr. Moo became Bella!

    Anyways, I fought Bella for 2 straight days to get her to take a bottle and last night she finally started suckling after 3 nipple changes, 2 bottle changes and 2 milk changes! So far this morning she has downed 4oz with 3 other 4oz feedings throughout the day! \:D/

    Aw how precious :x What a surprise! I'm glad you were able to discover a good combination, I know how stressful that can be when trying to care for the little ones! Sounds like she's quite particular :D Hopefully it'll be smooth sailing from here on out.

    Oh she is definitely a character in her own! But I'm already dreading the weaning stage... We've had her for 3 days and she already can't function when she's away from me... She's sort of okay when she's with my husband but she still cries.. when she's with my parents, she flat out searches for us around the house, running from room to room... I've been trying to find her a friend but they are all too far away or they want way too much for them! The closest one is 30min away but she wants $250 for him @-)

    @Bambi207 what about a different animal that may not be so expensive or hard to find :) I've known a bunch of goats and they love cats and dogs too. She's so so cute, good luck with her!
