What's Needed For KP To Show Up?

I haven't got a clue on what's needed. I do know it needs to be Hom to show up but I just need to know what other things are required. Thanks!♥️

Is there a specific kit gene needed?

It can be any of the Kit genes in the game, as long as you have two of them. It can be double up of the same gene, or a combination of any of the following: Roan, Tobiano, White 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 20, KitM, Sabino 1 and 2. :)

To be somewhat more specific, it needs to have two Kit mutations. The unmutated Kit gene does essential things, but it will not help activate Kit Promoter.
