Ribbons and Trophys
-
ParadiseParkParadisePark May 2017
How do ribbons and trophys work?
I won 3 about 3 game years ago but none since.
I've had horses in the leader boards last 2 game years though.
Cheers May 2017
You get trophies for top place and I think ribbons out to tenth place. However, the category must fill for awards to be given--so, for instance, the Brindle High PT awards rarely get given because there are almost never 25 Brindle foals in a season. Similarly, there are very few or no Foundation generation horses left in the Era 0 and 1 club, so that award also doesn't go out.
Your awards show up on your Stable Page.
High PT and point awards are self explanatory. The Top Producer awards have specific rules--I think you have to have a foal that season to be eligible and they must have a minimum number of foals on the ground as well (I think 25 for stallions and 3 for mares?). Horses are judged based on their best foals for the award, so a few inferior foals running around won't hurt your horse's chances. I'm not sure whether foals are judged on general quality or only breeding quality....
