Can't Find Egg That I Bought?

So, I won part of a forum auction that @Jessj hosted. I know she sent the egg my way AND that I bought it.
I have screenshots but I have no idea how to post them in here.
Anyway, I paid for the egg and found evidence of that in my expenses log. So, I want to go fertilize this egg with one of my straws. I go to Adv. breeding Lab, then go to "Create Embryo". Issue is, the egg from that mare is not listed. Yes, I have a premium upgrade so I should be able to use eggs.
I go to check if she sent me an embryo instead -- not there.
Can eggs just disappear? Did I miss something? If someone tells me how to post screenshots, I will. -
Did you check with Jessj, it's probably still with her, it's an occasional bug I think as I had it happen with a straw not that long aga. If she still has it then get her to resend just for 1hb, it should be in her logs that she received money from you

It's the same issue as the other day. She used the egg she sent you to create an embryo.Need to contact me? Read this first.
