Trying to get organized!

I'm trying to figure out how much it costs to breed my own mare and stallion in my pasture?
-
If you put them in the pasture it will tell you how much it will cost. You can then compare that to doing the breeding yourself (1000hbs for live cover using your own stock).
-
I did mine for 7000$... i had 14mare and 2 stallion
-
It costs 500hbs/mare to breed in pastures & 1000hbs/mare for live cover.
-
Isn't live cover what happens in a pasture?
-
Yes, but what she means is when you breed a stallion and mare one-on-one. You can breed via pastures for 500hbs/mare or you can put your stud and/or mare up for public breeding and breed them that way for 1000hbs/mare. Whatever you put them up for won't be charged (as it would be like you're paying yourself to breed to one of your horses), but the vet bills are 1000hbs.Imation Stud ID# 2609
