Casual ISO: Stallion for Bootstrapping

My bootstrap stud turned 14 this year, so I'm casually starting to look for his successor (in case I have to buy a foal). I figured I'd make this post *before* everyone gelds all their excess foals. I have a budget of 5k-20k - will pay more for more things on my checklist.
Any bone is fine. I'd prefer a horse to a pony, but again, am flexible.
Must have: Kit m, Gold Papers, PT 12+, Passed BA
Must not have: Tobiano, W2, W8
Wish List (any would be a bonus): PT 12.5+, Dun, Sabino, Onyx, Watercolor, DP, KP, Passed SBA

You're very welcome. It was only a couple of days ago that Ammit cautioned against selling horses in open chats, because there have been some problems with the wrong person buying a horse. I think that may have been on the Forest Server.
