What is "Testing Score"
-
I'm just curious on how the testing score works. I tested my favorite filly and found out she is Yellow Papered and just want to know what does this do? is she more valuable or is she common? i'm also very new and have no clue what I was doing when clicking it really.

Taken from the FAQ User guide:
Mare Papers
Failed: The mare equivalent of a stallion's "Showable Only" result. This mare has no place breeding
Yellow: This represents basic/foundation level breeding ability
Red: Exceptional foundations and many 2nd generation mares are Red-papered
Blue: Only exceptional foundations that have been given 5% breeding boosts can expect to see Blue papers. Otherwise, these are sometimes bred in the 2nd generation, and often in the 3rd.
*Gold: This is the highest a mare can paper. You normally will find this, albeit rarely, in boosted 3rd generation lines - most often in 4th and beyond. -
Pagan explained it perfectly, almost everything you breed should be what you want.
If you want colorful lines that might not have great papers have at it. If you want to breed awesome show horses have at it. If you want a certain specific pattern in your lines go for it.
As long as your happy with what your producing, nothing else should matter.Thanked by 1ConfluenceStable -
If it comes to actually selling horses, generally people will pay more for horses with higher papersSpiderweb Stables
