    Going through and moving pasture mares around, looking at their foals, and found these siblings. They were super pink as babes, like watercolor for poormen, but I think are still stinking cute. Going to throw their dam against a pearl stud again this year. (Maybe a Pearl with some bling?)

    I love buckskin pearls. I'm gonna cross Jack with some perlinos next season for exactly that reason

    I love that coloring too! I have kept a couple in my herd even though they don’t technically fit my line.

    I'm thinking the mare got her daddy's DP and that's why she is more pink? I love a good sooty rainbow, if it expresses itself I breed for it. Hopefully I get an intact baby this year

    I would say the mare is more pink because she doesn't have the dun, which is lightening the gelding's color further. I'm not sure what the DP would do, but she seems like a pretty typical buckskin pearl to me.

    Yeah, he is sort of pink!
    Pearl is one of my favorites, it interacts so nicely with other things. And it has that pretty glossy sheen. :D
