Is this satin?

In natural light, you can see her "rainbows" really easily, but on camera you can't really see it. So I did turn the saturation up. I don't know what it actually is, but she's a brown roan blanket Appaloosa with very thin hair (if that's helpful I don't know :)) )

I’m no expert, but I’ve never heard of satin in appys, mostly akhal tekes.

That look is probably just the sun reflecting off a nicely cared for, shiney coat!

I just figured there's not a lot of knowledge behind the satin gene, it could be a possibility lol -
LP can do funny things to the base colors of horses.
