ISO Watercolor straws

I'm planning on purchasing watercolor for my first GMT project tonight on the roving gene sales, but he won't be ready for breeding this season so I'm looking for a few straws to start me off! Looking for up to 7 B papered and up to 3 C papered.
Must have:
Watercolor (het or hom)
The cheaper the better (the max I could do is 10-15k for hom)
Foundation
Would be nice:
Heavy bone (prefer draft but cob is okay too)
Flashy patterns (I love appy, some kit, & splash)
Prefer no:
Frame
W or W2ID - 251100
