Why does Dark Forest show as tattooed to add D, but is homozygous nd2?

Weird - I knew dun used to just be d and D before nd1 was introduced. I always thought DP tattoos involved a ? as what it came from.

It depends on if it's added through the roving gene sale(D) or the GMT lab(?), @LenasHollywood.
