Broods usually go for 1000 at the lowest, and I've seen as high as 125,000 for a snowflake brood. But most regular creates usually price around 1,000-5,000hb for coverings.
Studs are usually a bit less unless they have special genes, so most of my foundations go for live coverings are 500each. Some lined horses with special genes go for 25,000 and up
You can also do a search for horses similar to the ones you want to put up for brood/stud and see how much they go for, then work off of that
