Question about fluffy feet tack pack!

I want to save up so I can get the fluffy feet tack pack, but can cobs wear them? I know drafts can, but just confirming.

@Candyland yes! I have all the packs (except the real expensive ones, lol) and can confirm that anything used for a draft can be used on cobs as well.
