ouch.
About 20 years ago, I had a friend with this syndrome and her physical therapist recommended this exercise.
1. Stretch the affected arm straight out to the side at shoulder level, palm up.
2. Stretch the fingers down toward the floor as far as you can.
3. Turn your head toward the opposite side. Hold this position as long as you can, up to 30 seconds.
You will feel the stretching of the muscles and tendons.
I don't remember how many repetitions were recommended.
This can also help if you are doing work that might cause the carpal tunnel to act up, as a preventative maneuver. -
I have carpal tunnel, got it while pregnant (common occurrence), but it hasn’t gone away and I’m 6 weeks postpartum (not a common occurrence). I’m 19. I’m so sorry, it really sucks.Licensed for Onyx, Watercolor, Plaid, Mushroom, Splash M, Phantom Autumn, Ice 4, Ice 16, and Chinchilla - ID: 256300

I got it bad for a summer, humidity really ramps it up. I started going to a chiropractor and that has made it 99% better.
Wrist brace at night, ice when you can. Good luck! -
Ouch. I have capel tunnel as well. It's been 10 years now since I was diagnosed. Hope you feel better soon.
