The last boy is only heterozygous DP since he’s homozygous sooty and not nearly black. The dapples are just a random image, they don’t directly indicate any specific gene. He’s very handsome though!

I bred 3 mares to Cry me a Liver (love that name!) I got three lovely show horses.

As you can see from the middle daughter of Mr Always Right, I enjoy punning names too. :D

I wasn't surprised that all the liver chestnuts were neutered. since I was crossing some of my 2nd gen Red papered mares out of exceptional producer parents with a B papered 3rd/1st gen cross stallion. On the other hand, I was a bit startled to get 3 yellow papered fillies out of Exceptionally Perfect parents. Ah, well. Evidently the goddess Arengee was in a miserable mood tonight. :D

However, I have nothing against adding to my show string, so I'm happy.

In honor of my 2yo son whose favorite movie is Cars, I had to get some Lightening McQueen babies for my herd. :) He gave me a cute show pony and two flashy colts that passed BA. Thanks for this opportunity!
